Studying about Architecture

An architecture degree can take anywhere between three and seven years to complete. Architects are responsible for designing structures used by people and so there is a high level of safety and reliability that needs to be upheld. Students typically complete five years of study plus two years of work experience before taking final exams. Students studying an architecture degree need to be both creative and logical as they will be developing design skills combined with elements of mathematics and engineering. Graduates either end up working for themselves or as part of larger companies. There is flexibility to move into different areas like spatial design, set design and conservation and environmental work.
