It could be improved by better student support. Some people are great and do help but there is sometimes a lack of it.

Good working environment and friendly staff. Respected personal and shared spaces. Good atmosphere.

More physical contact with lecturers would be appreciated, lots of digital contact.

The whole flat is fined when one person is responsible, even when I am out of the country I am charged for it. No water at all often. No noise insulation.
