The university’s main campus in Hendon is leafy, sustainable and safe, and definitely has the buzz of London too. It has recently spent over £200m on world-class facilities, including a brand new £23m Health, Sport and Science Facility in partnership with Saracens Rugby Club. Middlesex’s tech and tools build students’ skills for the future, from its augmented reality teaching equipment for nursing and midwifery to an animation motion capture suite with the tech used for the Avatar films.

Push their creative boundaries in its £80 million purpose-built Grove building. Here you'll find its £300,000 recording studio, studio theatres, and a Sony-designed TV production suite. Disney, MTV and the BBC are just a few places its graduates secure roles, and its alumni have worked with artists such as Beyoncé, Pharrell Williams and Ed Sheeran.

We've invested £24 million in its brand-new high-tech training centre at StoneX Stadium, home of Saracens Rugby Club. Its new sports, science and health facility use cutting-edge technologies like virtual and augmented reality for a learning experience that mirrors professional settings. its courses are taught by expert academics who have worked with leading organisations, including Tottenham Hotspur and the NHS. its graduates have gone on to work at Airbus, Dyson, FIFA and Lego, McLaren Automotive, Nike, Public Health England, and Transport for London.
Faculty of Business and Law
Hitachi Capital Invoice Finance ranked MDX 7th out of 121 Universities for 'Student Entrepreneurs'. The study revealed one in seven students from its alumni manage or own their own business. The university’s accounting and finance department won the CIMA Global Silver Award for Employability in 2021 and the university also works with ten professional body partners, including CIPD, ICAEW and CMI.
Middlesex Students' Union (MDXSU) is the dedicated student voice on campus. Supporting students throughout their studies, MDXSU helps each member of Middlesex University make the most of their time at university, providing opportunities to meet new people, develop skills, campaign for change and try something new. You'll be shocked by the number of clubs and societies on offer at Middlesex University. There's something for everyone! As well as being able to pick different clubs and societies, most courses let you choose modules at different points through your degree.
As well as personalising your course through optional modules, you may have the chance to do a work placement during your studies. Developing your professional skills through work placements is a great way to add to your CV and boost your employability.
If you want a job you love (and who doesn't?), getting a job in a field you're passionate about is a great place to start. By studying a subject you really enjoy, you'll be qualified for a range of jobs relating to that subject, which you'll hopefully love.
For those who aren't ready to give up on education after an undergraduate degree, you'll have the opportunity to progress to postgraduate study such as a master's or even a PhD.
