New Zealand is famous for its beautiful scenery, one of them is Pekapeka Beach. It’s a good idea to build a house on it, Parsonson Architects (www.pa.co.nz) managed a simple modular construction techniques combined with a very simple form in low budget. The plan is divided into 3 parts in rectangular shape, bedroom design on both sides support the floating roof over the living space in the between. This modern minimalist house has the glass facade that provides transparency and effectively maximize the home interiors capturing the benefits of the landscape. The public area of the living space, dining and kitchen exposed by the glass walls on both sides.
