Studying natural history

On a natural history course, you’ll be studying topics including evolution, the climate, world geography and more. These degrees consider how the earth has evolved to what it is today, so you’ll be studying history from millions of years ago right up until the present day. The course also typically covers animal behaviour. After you graduate, you may want to work for a museum, as an academic, as a historical researcher or you could go into a range of roles in various fields such as marketing and journalism. Some roles may require you to undertake additional postgraduate study.
