Studying dance teaching

If you have a passion for dance and for helping others, then a dance teaching course might be for you. As well as developing your own dance skills, you’ll learn to choreograph routines and how to teach these to others. You’ll learn effective communication skills to help you work with people of all ages and abilities, and enhance your creative skills and find a dance style that suits you. Most graduates go on to teach dance of course, but this could be in a variety of settings. You could run children’s classes, work in a dance school, put on community classes for all ages or work with older adults.
