I think the lecturing staff is amazing as well as the people that run the courses but some of the admin staff are slow and will not process your paperwork properly. As an international student I struggles to get any support. There has been a few amazing people that helped me but I have had some admin staff treat me awful because I’m from a different country and required more paperwork because of that.
10/10 amazing
Isn’t ideal. Some of the reception staff are nice but others have been nothing short of terrible. I had a reception staff spell out words to me because she didn’t think I understood English properly. WiFi is a bit bad in some places. I struggle to stay on teams. They also handle any issue with the flat slowly even if needs to be addressed quickly.
The reason why I love university College Birmingham is because they have diverse of people from different countries in the school ! People from all over the world comes to study at university College Birmingham. Secondly the school is such a place everyone should be for their study because there’s no way you won’t have an happy moment literally everyday to step Your leg in the school . The university as a whole , lecturers and students are always will to help and even support each other.
The reason why I love the culinary arts management is because you get to learn new things , different dish that makes me happy When you work as a team and they’re efficient and effective The only worst part of the course is that you have to work under pressure
The university location is absolutely awesome the fact that it’s close to the city center makes a lot of sense You get to see a lot of places easy from the university and even the bus and train station
What I like about the university hall is about the social area They’re lot of social area in the university hall that connect you with more people Least thing I don’t like is the small rooms
Everything is perfect in our uni
Everything is best related to our courses.
Ensuite room are provided with good facilities
Being a smaller university - I expected the support structures to be a lot smaller, however what they lacked in size made up for by some amazing staff.
Absolutely pleased with my course so far. Every day I’m learning something new and interesting - and it has so far reinforced my choice to go to UCB and study Aviation.
The Maltings is a bit of a hit and miss - it’s very well located and situated in a safe area. However, the facilities are definitely lacking. The WiFi in particular is quite appalling.
Great atmosphere for learning the faculties are good and facilities are also best

UCB is one of the best universities to learn and explore the understanding of the courses. The environment is friendly and staff in uni is cooperative. The teaching materials and lecturer makes the UCB great place to study. By making more practical study, it can be improved in learning sector.
The best parts of the course is that it taught how to deal with accounting problems and it doesn't have negative parts.
Everything is just amazing and easy. Staff are friendly and it’s very welcoming
It’s taught in person and recorded which is good
Situated in the heart of Birmingham, University College Birmingham enjoys a distinct advantage over other academic institutions due to its prime location. Nevertheless, it is important to acknowledge that location alone may not significantly impact the overall student experience if the quality of lectures and teaching is subpar. Hence, I would recommend that UCB consider a reevaluation or revitalization of certain modules within the Business and Marketing courses, focusing on enhancing their appeal and providing robust resources to support them.
A notable advantage could be the condensed three-day class schedule, which affords students ample time for part-time employment, internships, and personal life management. Moreover, the university should consider enhancing its curriculum, modules, and facilities. Specifically, in the context of Business and Marketing courses, it appears that the quality of modules and teaching staff is comparable to other institutions in the Midlands, such as Wolverhampton, Worcester, and BCU.
