Our collection of real, honest student reviews of unis and courses is the largest in the UK, and help you make well-informed decisions about your future. Student reviews also form the basis of our annual Whatuni Student Choice Awards(WUSCAs), which highlight great work carried out by institutions for their students.

We have more worst experience. Not much support from the lecture leader, no initiatives to seek student survey during mid course so we can get things changed to our needs. If we complain, then we are being treated differently which is unfair practice.
Assessments are designed in a way to stress us more than once, no proper guidelines. Lack of clarity
Worst university. I don’t advice anyone to come here, any other universities you got accepted to, pick them instead, you’ll thank me later.
Don’t recommend here.
This university has been the worst thing that has ever happened to me. On the ACTING course, you don’t really act. The most acting you get to do, is pretending to be an animal. The lecturers can’t stand the students, won’t teach us, have attitudes constantly. Now we’re being told that we might not be in the building in the coming year. First year was online with Covid, after telling us that we won’t be online and not letting us defer. Trying to do voice classes and ballet in a hallway you can’t extend your arms in in accommodation was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It’s actually a dangerous place to be, the course has had a lot come out in the past year and it’s made everyone aware how unsafe it is. This uni is horrible. DO NOT COME HERE.
THIS COURSE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE.
The staff on my course are amazing and so supportive
Need more contact with lecturers (due to the strikes we've had less contact with them, though I don't blame the strikes I blame whoever is mugging off our lecturers)
The new building and community is good but still feels very segregated, hard to meet people unless you’re with them in lessons. Not many big social areas IDPCTBR2 - see stabbing comment below
Some good features and teachers but most don’t seem that interested or passionate
very overpriced, lots of fire alarms, there was a stabbing in the building but the facilities and how it’s built is good quality
I have had an overall great experience so far at uni with support offered whenever I have needed it. I have had no bad experience at all during the two years I have studied here.
The course has expanded my strengths and exposed my weaknesses which I have developed on.
It has been good but Covid has got in the way of a typical uni experience
It is very good
The facilities
Sometimes good teaching
Beautiful campus with some good facilities, wish there was a gym/pool on site. Lots of places for good food and coffee. Would be better if the buses ran later.
It’s a struggle to feel positive about classes due to all the strike disruption. :(
The town isn’t bad, I grew up around here so it’s nice to be close to home.
Little bit old and far from the uni, but it’s nice and quiet and cheaper than the main campus. Ethernet is amazing!
