Uni Info
Harper Adams University specialises in courses connected to the agri-food chain, animal health and rural sector. Set on one countryside site in Shropshire, midway between Birmingham and the Welsh border, the uni sits on a rural farm which is just shy of 500 hectares in size. This allows students to get a hands-on education in subject areas like food production, land management and sustainability. Since its establishment in 1901, Harper Adams has developed a strong reputation and has previously performed well at the Whatuni Student Choice Awards, recently finishing in first place for Student Support and second place in the Courses and Lecturers category. The uni is also known for its strong career prospects, as an education from Harper Adams is well thought of in the rural job market.
