It’s a lovely and welcoming environment, with great support from teachers and even other students. It’s a uni from by student for students.
It’s a nice course with a good content and has great course leaders and teachers.
Location is great as it’s on campus and a five minute walk from my lectures and the main campus.

NTU is a great place to study, there is so much support available for all areas of your university life from employability support to course/module support to well-being support. I can't think of anything that needs improving.
My course is taught through blended learning. We have a one hour lecture a week per module, and a two hour seminar a week per module. We also have online lectures to watch which contains a lot of the content. The course uses an online platform where we can access all the content required for the week's topic area and contains all the past exam papers for revision. Tutors are very quick to respond to queries and have office hours you can book onto if you are struggling with something. The only negative aspect of the course is some teachers do not engage well with students.
The worst thing for me would only be transport. I'm lazy and rather the bus stop be closer
I like that it’s a blend of online and in person
Cost of living is very high unilaterally to be honest
Teaching style is exceptional
Regular 1-1 catch ups for all modules should be introduced
Safety would be my biggest concern
Really fun student life, good facilities, perfect city centre location
Course has good industry reputation, but many students feels overworked and don't feel like mental health and a balanced lifestyle is taken into consideration by the course. Don't have time for societies or wellbeing activities. Students feel the workload needs to be reduced to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Nottingham is catered to the student lifestyle which is perfect. Whilst you can get graduate opportunities here, there is not enough opportunity to grow in your industry.
Honestly the environment is really set with all necessary resources for academic success and I appreciate it as an international student
It's good 👍
Accommodation is easy to find near Uni depending on budget but overall personally I found it quite easy though some students still find difficult especially in their first year and also mostly in international students,, where most times it's the first time travelling abroad.
The environment at uni can be very fast pace and hard to keep up, people are moving away from home for the first time in their lives teach them money management, how to cook etc also teach about taxes and investing and tech them how to not get in debt but how to use debt for more money teach us about certain literature like 48 laws

Easy to get to
Ntu is very local to everything, an amazing University and an ideal place to study as it is very inclusive I have never had a bad experience with ntu
With the lectures most of them read of the slides One thing they are good at is including the students and asking questions
