Applicants would normally be expected to have a minimum of two A levels or equivalent qualifications, though prospective students with other relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

It’s important to know that support goes beyond the classroom. If students need someone to talk to, are unsure about their future or if things are not going as planned, Edge Hill offers a range of support services that students can turn to along the way to help overcome any challenges they might face.

Founded as a teacher training college over 138 years ago, Edge Hill has a longstanding track record as one of the best teacher training providers in the sector.
Nursing, Midwifery and Medicine

Degrees at Edge Hill are specifically designed to equip students with professional qualifications, accreditations or endorsements.
Employability is built into every aspect of university life. Students can expand their opportunities to grow as a person and stand out as a graduate through paid roles, placements and the chance to learn a language or study abroad. Edge Hill also has a competitive range of international scholarships. All full-time, fee-paying overseas students will automatically be considered for a scholarship award.
If students have an idea for their own career-enhancing activity that would enrich their experience, they can take advantage of the Student Opportunity Fund worth up to £2,000.
The fee for UK and EU full-time students joining an undergraduate or integrated master’s degree at Edge Hill University between August 2024 and July 2025 will be announced shortly once confirmed by Student Finance England.
Fees for entry in subsequent years may vary according to government policy.
Most students will have access to loans to pay fees and contribute to their financial support.
The international fee for full-time undergraduate programmes in 2024/25 is £16,500 per annum.
