Entry requirements for degrees at Leeds Trinity University are usually related to A-level and BTEC level grades to calculate a tariff range, as well as GCSE requirements.
The university will also consider equivalent qualifications for students who have studied abroad and other qualifications including the recently introduced T Levels. There are many alternative pathways to enrolment, and the university will consider prior relevant professional experience in addition to formal qualifications. For students who do not speak English as their primary language, demonstrating a minimum English language ability is required as all courses offered at Leeds Trinity are delivered in English.

ASK A QUESTIONLeeds Trinity University offers a range of accommodation options to suit different needs and budgets, from fully en-suite rooms to halls with shared facilities. There are eight halls of residence to choose from, and each offers a safe, comfortable, and conveniently located housing option where students live alongside their peers.
Facilities on the Horsforth campus include a launderette, courtyard, common room, lounge, dining room and bar, Trinity Fitness Sport Centre and gym, Amazon lockers and a student post room.
There is also 24-hour security on-site each day, as well as live-in resident mentors who make sure new students feel settled, supported and have the best time.
All utility bills, personal possessions insurance, maintenance, security and Wi-Fi are included in the price of rent. Prices vary from £100 to £143 per week for the 2023/24 academic year.

Leeds Trinity’s Horsforth campus provides students with everything they need for student life, conveniently located near lecture theatres, laboratories, seminar room and their eight halls of residence buildings.
The Andrew Kean Learning Centre is the base for studying on campus, offering a 24-hour IT study space, café and 24/7 opening at key points throughout the academic year. Whether students prefer to work independently, collaborate on a group assignment or study in silence, the Learning Centre provides a place to work in a way that suits them. The campus is well serviced by coffee shops and food vendors, ensuring student can easily stay refreshed and refuel while studying.
Students have the opportunity to work and learn in specialist facilities, including industry-standard TV and radio studios as part of the media centre, sport science laboratories, a mock law court and two photography studios.

The university works with employer partners across all sectors, regionally and nationally, giving students access to a huge range of potential degree-relevant work experience. The university’s impressive 97% graduate employment rate speaks to the success of this approach.
Placements are organised by Leeds Trinity’s Careers+Placements team, who will allocate students their own placement adviser. They will work closely with students to find the perfect professional work placement, whether that’s in Leeds, across the UK, or even abroad. Students will also receive plenty of support in preparing for their placement, making sure that they get the most out of the experience.
The Careers+Placements team will also support students in finding and securing a graduate job, writing a successful CV and cover letter and preparing for interviews. Students can take part in regular employability workshops, meet employers at careers fairs and search the Careers+Placements database of part-time, volunteering and graduate-level opportunities.

Leeds Trinity Bursary
Students with a household income of £25,000 or less can receive £1,000 in their second year of study.
Academic Achievement Award
Students who achieve AAB at A-level (or the equivalent) over three awards will receive a £1,000 payment in their first year of study.
Care Experienced Bursary
From the 2023/24 academic year, Leeds Trinity offers a Care Experienced Bursary of £1,500 per year to students who are under the age of 25 with care leaver status. This is an increase from £1,000 in previous years.
Estranged Students Bursary
From the 2023/24 academic year, Leeds Trinity is offering an Estranged Students Bursary of £1,000 per year for undergraduate students.
Sanctuary Scholarship
Up to five students who are seeking asylum will be able to progress on to higher education and have their tuition fees waived for the length of the course.

Leeds Trinity University works to give students excellent value for money, providing transformative educational experiences to students of all backgrounds. Students originating from the UK can expect to pay £9,250 for entry on to three-year undergraduate and foundation year (Level 0 prior to continuing to a linked undergraduate) courses. Students applying to a two-year foundation degree can expect to pay £5,000 per academic year.
International and European students will expect to pay £12,000 for entry on to an undergraduate course.
In most cases students at Leeds Trinity University will be able to fund their studies by applying for a tuition fee loan from Student Finance. The loan is paid directly to the university at the start of each year, and repayment only begins after the student graduates, is securely employed and earning a salary of more than £27,295 per year. This gives a great deal of financial freedom when looking for a graduate employment position, and ensures that the loan repayments are a proportional and manageable expense.
