There is a strong network of local landlords who have accommodated students for years in flats and houses close to campus and there are also private halls of residence closer to the center of Bournemouth.

AECC’s primary hall of residence, Lulworth House, can be found centrally in Bournemouth, and is only two miles from campus. The halls are conveniently located on a direct bus route to the campus which is just a stone's throw away from a wide range of bars, restaurants, shops, and award-winning beaches.
The accommodation is registered with the National Code of assured accommodation so students can be assured of the safety and quality of their new homes.
Students won’t find equipment like this in every institution. The university maintains one of seven open upright MRI scanners across the country, in addition to digital X-ray equipment, quantitative fluoroscopy and high-specification Samsung and AGFA ultrasound scanners.
