This unique contemporary sloped roof elevations that slants from the attic to the car porch obviously gives the distinct and very attractive impression. The Merlimau House designed by Aamer Architects, situated in Novena, Singapore on the site area of 541.40 m2 and gross floor area of 387.73 m2, showing another uniqueness that may be rarely found. Namely the lap pool is strategically placed at the rooftop, giving the best views of the urban landscape. The advantage of this architecture design is about to frees up the ground floor for more garden space but also provides passive cooling and insulation for the spaces below. The presence in the middle of bustling city, describes the green design maximizing the landscaping ideas with the orientation to be part of the green nature. Very refreshing green part is laid out very well, where, landscape extends from this pond to an intimate courtyard garden across to the other side of the double-volume living space on the L-configuration of the plans.
