The impact of covid was the worst aspect of my university experience. Also many societies I have paid to join are so disorganized and also have yet to reach out to me. I wasted a lot of money being excited to take part in extra circular activities and I find people don't respond to emails. Also another bad aspect of university is that there are so many strikes happening I feel like half my education per term has been effected, especially this term with 18 days being on strike. Furthermore, as a result of university stress with my dissertation, master's degree and research internship applications, I am unable to work part time as regularly. This has impacted my ability to save and sustain myself throughout my university experience as I cannot rely on my parents for financial support. A good thing about university is that I like my course. But I'm hardly close with anyone in my course because of COVID-19 and university strikes disrupting everything so much.

I wish there were more contact hours at university. Also I wish it wasn't effected by strikes. I love the balance of practical Vs theoretical in my degree.
