Cambridge is a great place to study with a wide range of facilities. There is a lot of support from academics with supervisions to go over anything that you didn’t understand in the lectures. There is a wide range of sport to try and at any level. Can play sport for your college or on the university level. In terms of nightlife every college has a bar which have very cheap drinks, there are lots of pubs if you fancy something different. Clubbing-wise, there are 4 clubs in the city centre each offering different student nights.

Chemical Engineering has a high number of contact hours with approximately 12 hours of lectures and 3 supervisions each week, with some weeks having labs as well. The department offers free tea each day which allows you to socialise with people on your course. For the most part the lecturers are good and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
