Set against the backdrop of the most wooded campus in England, Exeter University has been a winning choice for me. Architecturally it is evidently not the work of Renzo Piano, however campus does work and they are no real eyesores. All work and no play does Jack a dull boy make, to this extent Exeter has got the balance spot on. As a third year Engineering student I enjoy a demanding workload, however complimented by an abundance of sports and good social life equalises the work/social life balance. The quality of lecturing is superb, the lecturers are engaging. I am proud to go this University.

The Lemmy is rather poor and the Students Guild an embodiment of Britain's current government: trying to please all of the people all of the time. I have very little respect for them and disagree with their backing of one of the Universities newspaper- Expose.

I chose to read Engineering for the balance it offers between art and science. Exeter has continued to develop my Engineering knowledge along this vein. The lecturers are leaders in their respective fields and highly respected by my student cohort. Course: very good.

Yet to confirm 3rd year internship. My true rating will ultimately be based on this.
