Some very good teachers that explain everything very well however there are some that are quite vague and could do with better explanations rather than reading of the power point. Face to face lessons are great and there arent many online whiich is really good Lessons are great length, not over two hours on this course. Could do with more help for courseworks etc. Need more contact with lecturers

I have enjoyed so far. There may be incidents of being singled out by students. But I do find comfort as there are people of colour who are always welcoming. Outside the classroom, international students do have interaction time with our own interactive time and activities.

Modern technology in all lecture theatres. The Library is very cosy as well. I love the green incorporated into the student central and the Richmond building, very light hearted essence. I really love the infrastructure. I wish the indoor sports facilities were more spacious though.

Teachers are very welcoming when it comes to feedback and after hour student support. I haven't been to my personal academic tutor or counsellor but they do list their names.

I joined the Uni late October as such may have missed out a lot of SU events and causes. I barely know or hear much about what they do. However, they do seem to be Islam oriented.. Their members and support religious members do seem to be widely muslim which in my case being christian, does create a barrier. I haven't seen many dark students representation.

Definitely near my accomodation. The city centre too is merely a short distance away which helps a lot as an international student as I do not get lost in finding my way. The banks, shops and interchange are all located within a short radius of the university.

Well, generally sport infrastructure is not big but there is a wide range of activities despite at a small scale

Most teachers are very lively as such keep as actively engaged in lectures and tutorials. Only a few teachers read out from lecture slides with little class engagement which sometimes is tedious for students. Theres little use of mics though which can cause students to try compete vocally and disrupt lessons.

They constantly send emails to inform us of placements. They have a department specializing in career services and offer advice on preparing cv's. There are also seminars wherein representatives in different professions come and address us especially on the lecture we'll be doing that day as per semester module. Lastly, there are workshops wherein the uni offers free transportation to the limited number of students registered to visit companies in our field. As for transferrable skills, Theres a lot of group work endorsed into our courses encouraging various skills to be passed along.
